Experience
Prior to joining JKS, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Tao Group Hospitality, where he oversaw global marketing and guest experience strategy across more than 90 venues worldwide. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Hakkasan Group in Las Vegas and Catch Hospitality in New York, helping to launch and scale some of the most influential restaurant and lifestyle brands in the world.

For Pardasani, joining JKS is a full-circle moment. The son of Indian immigrants, he grew up in New York City in a home where food and culture were central to daily life—experiences that shaped both his palate and perspective. Summers spent in Mumbai, his parents’ birthplace, deepened his appreciation for the ways food and family intertwine at the heart of Indian culture—a foundation that now guides his leadership of JKS at a pivotal stage of global expansion.
Education & Impact
A graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, Pardasani brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to his role as CEO. He serves on the Board of Directors for Covenant House and is active in causes supporting youth homelessness, disaster relief, and social impact. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
